Greetings to our members and visitors to this site.
I'm happy to see that you have visited Harrisburg Region's page and hope, that if you are not already a member, that you will consider joining our club and region. We have been busy planning what I think are some pretty interesting events and activities for 2010.
Except for the months June, July and August, we meet the third Tuesday of the month at Culhanes Steakhouse at 1 Laurel Place in New Cumberland off Exit 36 of I 83. For meeting times and places for June, July and August, please see the "events" section of this page. There are no monthly meetings in November and December, however we do an an annual awards banquet in November and a progressive dinner party in December.
Events for this year include a spring and fall driving tour, summer picnic, some interesting speakers at our monthly meetings, a dinner cruise on the Pride of the Susquehanna and a trip to a private auto collection.
The highlight of the year is our club's annual "Encounter" held this year from August 11-14. This is a four day event when members from all six regions meet for fun, games, and friendship. This year's Encounter will be held at the Historic Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center in Montgomery Count, PA.
