2004 New England 1000 Tuesday! First stage of Tuesday and the Bugatti has arrived:

Our 2nd hillclimb was combined with a checkpoint at Mt. Equinox. This was a precision hillclimb where the object was to hit 2 checkpoints partway up the mountain at precisely the correct time. It wasn't easy to hold back the throttle!:

Lunch on Tuesday was at the Wilburton Inn. Scattered around the Inn ground are various sculpures as well:
A checkpoint at the Vermont Country Store where you can buy anything from kids toys, to candy, to Cat Butt Gum, to underwear, to you name it... Mike Bartell enjoys a pipe while watching the cars roll in.:
A good many people have RPM in Vergennes to thank for keeping their cars going on the rally. The Markowskis were setup as the rally "miracle workers" and opened their shop up for cocktail hour before dinner:
